HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED?
Our projects are always on a rolling basis. Just check out #meeting-schedule, opt in to the project you want to join under #roles, and show up to meetings! You can be as involved as you want, just be sure to follow your projects channels to stay up to date with sub system meetings and project announcements in the discord.
DO I NEED ANY EXPERIENCE?
Nope! Our goal as KXR is to set prepare students for the engineering field and give them the resources they need to build their technical skills. We want to lower the barrier into experimental rocketry and make it more inclusive towards engineering students.
DO I STILL NEED TO PAY DUES TO KXR IF I PAID TO AIAA/SEDS?
You do not need to pay dues to KXR if the project you are participating on is IREC, since IREC is sponsored by both KXR and SEDS. However, to participate in our other projects (ion propulsion, FAR DPF biprop, NASA Student Launch), you must pay dues to KXR.
