Why Sponsor / Donate?
Project Costs
Running a large rocketry club dedicated to preparing our students for tomorrow's high tech industry is about as expensive as you would imagine. Last years IREC project cost $12,000 and FAR project cost $9,000. Funding from our University is limited so we rely on generous donors to cover our expenses!
Travel Costs
It takes about $600 to send each student to competition and we would like to send as many of our passionate and involved students as possible to IREC and FAR this summer. Last year we spent a total of $21,000 to travel to both competitions!
Operational Costs
This website currently costs KXR $380 yearly to keep online, and we have further costs purchasing merchandise and other promotional material for our club!
